Meet the team


Anne Everall

Anne established Acrecliffe Equestrian Centre in 1964 and was soon joined by Bruce her husband. She plays a major role in teaching adults of all disciplines and levels.

Having ridden from childhood, Anne has great experience in all horse related topics. Currently competing in dressage at Medium level. Anne also has a passion for riding side saddle and has participated in many championships in both.

Qualifications:

BHS Senior Coach, Side Saddle Instructor grade A, NVQ Assessor, ABRS International Examiner, RDA Instructor, Trained First Aider

Achievements:

HOYS Heavyweight Hunter Qualifier, Winner of the Mica Trophy at the National Side Saddle Show, Regional Dressage Championships

Fiona Everall

Fiona is Anne and Bruce's daughter and partner in Acrecliffe. She manages the day to day running of the Centre as well as being a senior instructor.

Fiona has always been involved with horses theoretically and practically, as she not only is a great and successful rider and trainer herself, she has also taught Equine Studies at several universities. At Acrecliffe she teaches adults of all levels and is in charge of the examination training.

Fiona does not favour any discipline as she has competed in many at National level as a consequnece she coaches everything from show jumping and side saddle to showing and dressage.

Qualifications:

BHS Senior Coach, HND Equine Management, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Challenge Award Ride Safe Trainer, Side Saddle Instructor, NVQ Assessor, ABRS Examiner, RDA Instructor
Former head of Equine Studies at Abingdon & Witney College in Oxfordshire and Craven College in Skipton.

Achievements:

HOYS Small Hunter Qualifier, RIHS Hunter Qualifier, National Intermediate and Working Hunter Side Saddle Champion

Dom Everall

Dom is Fiona's brother and has been an integral part of Acrecliffe ensuring the day to day running of the facility.

Following on from his farther, Dom also builds, services and modifies horse boxes to cater for the individual needs of both horse and rider.
